Be reasonable with yourself and don't take on more than you can handle. You don't have to say yes to everything.

Look at your list and see what you can remove or ask someone else to do. It's not the end of the world, and it will help you show up the way you want.
✧ Keep your routine
Keeping your daily routine is a great way to ground yourself, combat holiday, and protect your energy.
✧ Prioritize sleep
Sometimes our life is full of buzz and excitement. It can be difficult to get enough sleep as energy is rushing through your body. Try to find ways to calm yourself and slow the rhythm of your body so you can get a deep sleep and feel rejuvenated.
✧ Take time for yourself
Don't neglect self-care. Set yourself up for success by recharging and refocusing your energy.
✧ Have fun and enjoy the moment
Remember what is important about experiences in your life. Be grateful that you have the opportunity to experience all that is happening in your live.
